TSLAIQ is developing a certificate format that brings supported battery records, their sources, and their capture dates into one signed document. Its public page is designed to show the document signature and issuing shop.

Owner identity, location history, and the full vehicle data record are excluded from the format. The public page shows only the last six VIN characters.
How the format identifies sources
Supported battery values and fault records name the diagnostic bus as their source and include the time they were captured.
TSLAIQ calculations show their method and remain separate from values recorded directly from the vehicle.
Imported or cloud values carry an estimate label. Under the draft rules, only supported data recorded from the vehicle can appear on an issued certificate.
Verification design
The document includes a QR code and a link to its public page on tslaiq.com. The page shows what was measured, when it was captured, which shop issued the document, and whether its signature matches the public record.
The format treats every certificate as a dated snapshot. Its public page includes the data capture date and shows when a newer document has replaced it.
Certificate scope
The format covers supported battery data captured at one point in time. Future battery condition, warranty eligibility, Tesla’s determination, and the condition of the full vehicle remain outside that record.

For a buyer, the format keeps the dated battery record, capture date, source, and calculation method together on a public page.
For a seller, the format shares the dated battery record while keeping unrelated account and vehicle history private.
