Refund Policy
TSLAIQ is currently in a closed trial.
1. Scope
TSLAIQ is operated by Vermel Ventures LLC, a California limited liability company, and this policy applies to payments TSLAIQ has accepted from trial participants. It forms part of our Terms of Service alongside the terms shown with the order or receipt and any rights provided by applicable law. If the order, receipt, or refund policy in effect when you purchased provides more favorable terms, those terms remain part of your purchase.
2. Billing and cancellation
Your order or receipt identifies the amount, billing period, renewal terms, payment provider, and access period that apply to the purchase. Where access renews, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period, unless the order terms or applicable law provide a different result. Any money-back guarantee shown with the purchase will be honored under the terms presented when you ordered. Changes to our terms do not alter an amount or access period you have already paid for.
3. Billing errors
We refund duplicate charges and charges caused by an error on our part. If a technical failure on our side prevents paid access and we cannot restore it, we refund the affected purchase. Other requests are reviewed under the purchase terms and applicable law.
4. Requesting a refund
Email hello@tslaiq.com from the address on your account. Include the payment date, the receipt or order reference, and a short description of the issue. We review the request against the purchase terms and applicable law.
5. Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment provider, with timing set by the provider, bank, or card issuer. TSLAIQ does not receive or store your full card number.
6. Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer right provided by applicable law.
